It just goes to show that people are generally dissatisfied. Most likely the people who were satisfied in 2016 are a completely different set of people than those in 2018. And Trump's base is remarkably stable.Not to mention that it sounds like the survey is a yes/no question with no room for nuance. |

It's a poll and this is the result. Second, it's higher now than at any other time since Bush 43 was in office. I'm sure if the survey reached 38% under BO you would have been crowing about it. |
