But if you don’t have a valued degree or skill, then it’s hard to live here. Housing is expensive, insurance is expensive, and taxes are high, but everything else is average. |

Not only will this cost money but it dents the birthrate. Younger people of all walks of life don't want to raise a family. They want to post selfies, political commentary, and eat at Starbucks. |

People are coming here from all over. But it’s not booming like Texas in the sense that anyone can move here and make it work. You need a skill set. Or have lots of roommates. It’s a culture shock for people from Texas. They have to downsize. Worth it for some but not most. |

PA. has one of the highest state gas tax in the country. I go 40 or so miles west to Ohio its about 30-40 cents a gallon cheaper. PA just raised the gas tax last year, right after I moved out here. |
