I think toys lowered IQ potential. Generations who grew up on Matchbox and Star Wars toys. Toys are examples of American consumerism.

It did. There are currently no FAO Schwarz stores, although they are online. Coincidentally, FAO was owned by Toys Я Us at the time; they sold the brand in 2016.
