The rest being pertinent to the facts of this particular incident, it's something I don't want to be the least bit involved with here, there is a point that needs to be made...For eons, women were not believed when incidents of harassment occurred, police turned a deaf ear and blind eye to the complaints. As a result, no woman would think of pursuing police action against a harasser (perhaps to the point of wielded weapons). It is my fervent hope this changes. Soon. |

For a long time women were not believed and it was better that they kept quiet if possible or be accused of seduction and adultery.But as times changed so did women. First they tested an ability to falsely accuse men in the Jim Crow South. Over the decades it has expanded to every aspect of life. Now white men are finding out what it's like to be wrongfully accused by a lying woman, just like black men were during segregation. |
