Not at all in Sen Franken's case. Fact is, that was theatrics. Acting like cad is miles from actually being one. Being he was a working professional and the pictures were intended to promote the tour, there's really nothing wrong with what he did. He was told to. The onus truly was on the USO for promting in this manner, without full consent and knowledge of the women involved. That's more indicative of a cultural issue with women, not the action of any participant. We even see this here.

The charges against trump were buried by a complicit media.

They aren't hypocritical to begin with. Fact remains, trumpers (and this includes you, look at what you wrote, there is nothing "great" about the past year that trump is responsible for). The Democratic Party platform is supportive of women. The trump platform, and actions made thus far, are NOT. Yes, trump needs to be taken to task, to court, whatever, for his misogyny. Remember, Pres Clinton was sued while President for actions before he was elected. Same goes for trump.

As to impeachment, we'll let that come as investigations progress. Short of proveable rape, this won't rise to the level necessary for impeachment to be successful fr it. (It should, but the law as written doesn't support it....more institutional misogyny)

Do you realize that being misogynistic is not a crime? Also, stop at the impeachment talk already, it's nonsensical and it makes you seem like you're not in the real world.

When has the MSM ever been complicit about Trump?

I wouldn't call it complicit but more like duped. I'd say Trump played them well, getting them to pay attention to the things he wanted them to pay attention to.

They allowed the Access Hollywood story to be buried when it needed to be out there in the public's mind. That's complicit.

No. It was Hillary Clinton who should have been hammering it home. Instead, her advisors put her in the candidate protection program

Bill Clinton didn’t resign either.

Besides, do you want Mike Pence to be President.

Yes. I would disagree with him on almost everything.

But Mike Pence would not be calling for journalists to be fired. Mike Pence would not be provoking enraged bears. Mike Pence would negotiate with people whose positions are different from his, to try to get a resolution of an issue. Mike Pence would not denigrate the agencies of government except with specific criticisms that he thought were deserved.

I will be very relieved if Trump happens to have one more TIA too many and just can't go on.

Pence would be as effective as Gerald Ford was. Given we have a good economy, qnd suchcontinues (the only thing we have going for us is trumps ecoomic team doing essentilly nothing has been extremely helpful, more of that won't be harmful) it would be ok for nothing to happen until 2021.
