Frozen screen on my iPhone 7 |

Posted by TransitChuckG on Sun Oct 15 12:14:56 2017 My screen froze on my iPhone 7, I could not tap anything or swipe. I tried shutting the phone off with the power button, no go.I tried using the power button and home button, no go. Siri was working, but she couldn't help me. Also notifications ere popping up on my screen from places, but I could not click on them.So , off to my nearby AT& T store, and the friendly sales guy tried the usual way to shut it off, no go. Then he did something else, gave me my phone back and I was able to type in my password and we were good. The "something else " was, holding a volume button and power button at the same time. That shuts it off and restarts it, I guess.So, thats's a good thing to know. |
