Potatoes aren't a "brain food."That's debatable. Glucose as an energy source might be great for the brain. Some people believe that Asians also evolved with high IQ's because they ate white rice. Potatoes specifically might not be a "brain food" but glucose in general might be, and could help explain evolutionary developments in humans who added them or increased intake of starchy carbs. |
