His late-day executive order regarding ACA could be interpreted to permit states to direct insurers to drop contraceptive coverage that was until yesterday required of all insurers. So it's not what could be, it easily could already be happening. The contraceptive coverage mandate is an important factor as to why there's been a record low number of abortions last year. When contraceptives are used, unwanted pregnancies don't happen. When contraceptives are widely a cessible, they get used. |

Yes, but fatality rate with breast cancer is worse, generally comes earlier in life, and grows faster. Getting the prostate removed is much easier and done with a laser. I went through that scare a year ago. (Your day will come). |

Let me enlighten you then:"As the nation’s leading women’s health care provider and advocate, Planned Parenthood is a critical resource for women in the fight to detect breast cancer early. Planned Parenthood health centers perform nearly 750,000 breast cancer screenings each year, and one in five women has turned to Planned Parenthood for health care at some point in her life. Planned Parenthood doctors and nurses offer clinical breast exams at Planned Parenthood health centers nationwide. And like most primary care physicians and ob/gyns, we refer our patients to other facilities for mammograms. So out of maybe 140,000,000 adult women they screen 750,000 or about 1/2 of 1% of the women in the country. They do only a clinical breast exam and then refer women for annual mammography. So now tell me again how effective planned parenthood is. BTW: That item was taken from the planned parenthood web page. |
