But with the Grizzlys, Wolves & Bison etc out there, Simply put, when your enjoying the beauty, you have to be on your toes.I think actually more people get scalded in hot pools than mauled by animals. Though I agree some people have strange ideas about appropriate photo ops with bison. |

In suburban Long Island, the most prevalent bumper sticker of 2016 has disappeared. It said "Bernie." I'm glad there aren't many stickers out there because some can get very insulting. One fellow in Bellmore has a cartoon drawing of Hillary on a bumper sticker with the message "Trump that Bitch!"--- Near the office of Pete King in Massapequa Park, sometimes you see a parked car with "Hillary Lies." I suspect it is someone on his staff. Hardly one in a thousand cars has a political sticker. Maybe the car owners don't want to be branded as stupid or weird. I predict that southeast Nassau will vote for Trump, but in 2012 Pete lost even his own Election District to Obama. --- The few Hillary stickers I saw just have her name. --- I did see a sticker, "Trump, the new T.R." |
