Like Hillary's short circuit about Comey, which Giuliani takes as a sign of fatal brain disease. My point is that Giuliani himself is doing the things that he claims are signs of illness in Hillary. They aren't actually signs of illness in either of them. |

Even if he hadn't misspoken, his claim that Clinton has brain damage would have been unsupported.But because he himself has misspoken in ways that are as serious as the ways in which Clinton has misspoken, it becomes particularly egregious for him to attribute her cases of misspeaking to brain damage. |
