I think Asians are the fastest growing demo in NYC.I also think the white population grew in Brooklyn for first time in decades. One good thing about NYC is that Ecuadoreans and Peruanos have moved in. The Salvadoreans, who bring lots of crime, have gone to Brentwood, and are all over DC and Baltimore. It's kind of lame to lump Latinos into one group because you find many, like the Peru and Ecuador people would rather not be near Mexicans and Salvadoreans.
