I fold the slice if its droopy because I learned to eat pizza that way when it first became common in Brooklyn in the '50s. The crust was thin and if you didn't fold it, the sauce was all over you.OTOH, I recently saw some people eating pizza with a fork and knife and I thought "foreign spies for sure." Then when my daughter returned from her study abroad in Florence she said that's how it's eaten there. It's like: "There's no wrong way to eat an Oreo." |

I like "grilled chicken, caeser salad pizza. You can't eat that by folding it in half or you end up with a plate full of lettuce and caeser dressing. I personally like a simple margherita or one topping at most such as green olives or salami. However "pizza" with caesar salad on it is not a pizza. It's a crime against humanity. |
