That's a risk we all need to be willing to take. Seems the republicans want Jeb! As their nominee, though they can't come out and say it. Trump may be captivating to the base, yet the power establishment can't stomach him. They'll do anything to dump him. If trump thinks he's viable he might go for an independent run. We know he has the money to do it. |

When we were in southern Ireland, 2 summers ago, our tour guide explained about the Black Irish. They were Spaniards and conscripted North African Moors who had been shipwrecked on the Irish southwest coast during the Spanish Armada. The Irish there hid them from the English and they intermarried to become, "Black Irish". Had they been captured by the English, they would have either been killed or sold into slavery on the British plantations in Jamaica and other British held Carribean islands. This was the fate of the sailors who were marooned on the English coast, when the Armada was destroyed by severe storms. |
