I know the possibility was discounted by the professor at U of F but I can't help but think long-term use of marijuana would leave elevated THC levels in the bloodstream. But obviously the toxicologists quoted know more than I do about this. |

There were cases where visitors stashed drugs in condoms. During visits, the visitor would pass the drug laden condom to the inmate during a kiss goodbye. The drugs would then be retrieved when the inmate deficated. Check out the book "The Westies" by T.J. English. The process on how it was done on Rikers Island is outlined in detail. All things considered,Im sure that process is not unique to New York City lockups. |
