Driving Test

So I got back a couple hours ago from the United Van Lines Training Center in Houston following my Continuing Qualification (CQ) MV/LOE (Maneuvers Validation/Line Oriented Evaluation). So the CQ is a two day annual event. Magically, almost incomprehensibly, I got through it unscathed. It was a miracle.

So now I am demanding asking that you respond to this thread by offering your good wishes. The following is a short list of examples:

!. Congratulations on a job well done!
2. +∞

So you can also send me a Gold Star such as the one pictured here.

So last year, the TransitChuckG mentioned it was his birthday. He received somewhere north of thirty Happy Birthday posts - I stopped counting at thirty-two. Shortly thereafter, I mentioned it was my birthday. So I got exactly three Happy Birthdays. You got that? I got a grand total of three Happy Birthdays. Totally unacceptable. Look it, I know I rank near the bottom of this board in the eyes of the vast majority of you people but that does not excuse the abject humiliation you put me through. I hope you will send your congratulatory message to me, in whatever form it may take, even if it means you have to lie. Your thoughtful contributions to this thread will be appreciated.

So now I am going to sleep. So this thread will stay open until 090400Z(UTC) JUL 15 at which time it will officially close to new posts, and thanks again.

Sounds like you kept the shiny side up and the dirty side down. Not bad, not bad at all for an Air Force puke.

Thanks! I know you think of me first and foremost as a homosexual who identifies as a person of color. So on Saturday I'm sitting in 3A on an Airbus from Newark to Houston - I wanted to take a boat down the Atlantic coast through the Keys into the Gulf and up the Houston Ship Channel but I was unable to coordinate the logistics in time despite my best efforts. So we push back from the gate, turn the #2 engine and shut it down three consecutive times. So the individual sitting next to me goes Jesus Christ and immediately gets on his phone to change his connecting flight from Houston to his home in McAllen. Once airborne, said individual was helping stewardii and those passengers who found themselves in the same predicament of tight connections with the functionality of the United Application. So said individual was playing Scrabble on his iPad the entire flight while scrolling his iPhone. So a lady stewardess who was non-Mennonite as far as I could discern which means tell thanked him for his assistance and I heard him tell her that it was not a problem and that he flies three or four times every week, which is crazy, and is a 3,000,000 Miler with United Continental Holdings, LLC, which is out of control. So toward the end of the flight I speak up for the first time and ask what keeps him so busy. So he goes I work for WWE. So I go Really. In what capacity?. So he goes Announcer. So then I go Really. May I ask your first name? So he goes Michael Cole. I was in the presence of royalty no more no less. So for the last 30 minutes of the flight we discussed personal and business matters. He was both personable and forthcoming, a regular Joe Michael. I mentioned that a lot of the wrestlers, away from the ring, are intelligent, giving of their time, and not the typical dumb jock and he wholeheartedly agreed with that assessment - I mentioned Mick Foley among others. So I was describing the physical characteristics, dress, and style of different announcers I knew over the years of WCW/ECW/WWF/WWE even though I could not recall their names but he knew immediately who I was referring to (Tony Schiavone, Jim Ross, et al) since he worked with all of them. He saw Vince McMahon just that morning up in Stamford and I asked about the McMahon family (wife, son, daughter) and he goes all of them are really good, down to earth people. He only had one day to rest with his family in McAllen before heading off to Chicago for Monday Night Raw at the United Center no pun intended. I asked where he was originally from and he goes Poughkeepsie (Wikipedia states Syracuse which I now know is utter bullshit) and I go I reside across the river. So I asked if he misses the Hudson Valley at all and he goes not even a little. Great guy.

Thank you... I think. I am now in the process of trying to understand the intent of the responses to this thread as many seem to hold hidden meanings agendas motives call it what you will while some are just flat out wrong. I think I may have made a mistake starting this thread.

One Fred G is conspicuously absent from this thread. I am going to kick his ass in the Survey - Off Competition once I complete my course load at Passaic County Community College - Paterson Campus later this year or early next. I am killing it over there without even really trying. I rarely if ever study and instead just talk sports with the other lesser lights students or scroll my iPhone during lectures before acing the examinations. Anyway, I would appreciate it if you copy and paste the following text into this thread since I am not holding my breath one Fred G has the courage. I am going to humiliate him in front of family and friends and peers up in the New Haven area trust that.

Hearty congratulations to c-rtely-unext, the foremost land surveyor on this board, for a job well done!

your pal,
Fred

b68slowpoke (who is an acclaimed valve trombone player) kindly loaned me his instrument and I am now loudly blowing it, for all the neighborhood to hear, in celebration of your remarkable tour de force.
