4 spots higher than the United States.

Hard to believe considering the constant state of terror Israelis face.

Switzerland ranks No. 1, trailed by Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Canada, Finland, the Netherlands and Sweden. America ranks 15th, a slight improvement from last year. The saddest — er, least "happy" — countries include Togo, Burundi, Syria, Benin and Rwanda.

Pretty much all cold climates. Who knew?

your all,
Fred

Bingo!
It all fits with the Industrial Revolution meme.

Your pal,

Terrorism is just one thing to worry about, and over there they acknowledge and work on the threat.
Around these parts, we ignore it, rationalize it, and make it dimunitive("oh they only attack in this small neighborhood", etc).
Not to mention all the Treyvoning in this country, and the media. And the other billion issues and repressive taxes.

No kidding they're happier over there than over here. I'd like to have just one issue as well for a change.
