Not according to national stats. But the vast majority of ppl of color stopped or pulled over are not actually arrested for anything. I mean if a police officer pull over and search 100 cars but only have reason to arrest 5 ppl it is relevant to question what rationale is being used to pull ppl over. |

Never said there aren't single parent homes in the black community. The households with the Father's are doing well. Children of single parent household are not guaranteed to be delinquents but it is a far from the ideal situation however. I think the raised awareness of fatherless homes, better parenting extracurricular activities and rise of charter schools in the community instilling hope of a future of our kids the numbers of single parent homes is diminishing and continue to do so. |
