I hope the SCOTUS finds against Obama and interprets the text literally regardless of context and congressional intent.I want subsidies to end in States that haven't set up their own Exchanges. This should always have been opt-in to begin with. |

If the court rules for the literal words, then yes, it is doomed in the states that haven't set up their own exchanges. It will be fine elsewhere. I suppose a state could probably scramble and set up an exchange. |

They would regain it the moment their State decides to set up an Exchange.They can hold their governors and legislatures accountable. 18 States set up their own Exchanges. So can they if they want to. |
