A war of words erupted in the city’s 911 call center Saturday over allegations two operators made “anti-police” remarks after the assassinations of two cops, the Daily News has learned.

The fracas occurred when news broke that Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu had been shot execution-style by a deranged gunman, sources said.

The remarks were allegedly made by a couple of the 911 operators who handle NYPD calls — and two Fire Department dispatchers in earshot got heated in response, sources said.

The alleged comment that created the most friction was when one said the cops had “deserved it,” said a law enforcement source.

That started a shouting match with two FDNY dispatchers.

The comments made one of them “sick to his stomach” and he moved to another desk to avoid getting into a bigger fight, sources said.

The workers were in the 911 call center in Brooklyn’s MetroTech Center — but the spat was only between the FDNY and cop operators. None of the city’s EMS operators were involved, sources said.

The 911 cop operators are members of District Council 37’s Local 1549.

A DC 37 spokesman said the union hadn’t heard anything about a shouting match.

There was no record of any disciplinary action or official intervention, the spokesman noted.

“The 911 call operators are extremely dedicated to their jobs and do everything they can to protect and help police officers at all times,” the spokesman said.

“We are proud to wear the NYPD patch on our uniforms, and at this time, all our energy is going toward helping the families of the two officers who were tragically killed,” he added.

The NYPD did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Vice President Joe Biden and his wife will attend the funeral of Officer Rafael Ramos, one of two New York City policemen killed in an ambush attack last weekend.

The White House said that the Bidens will attend the Saturday service at the request of President Barack Obama.

"The President has asked Vice President Biden to attend the service for Officer Rafael Ramos and is grateful that the Vice President and Dr. Jill Biden will be traveling to New York City to attend the service on Saturday," spokesman Eric Schultz said in a statement.

It's highly unusual for Presidents or Vice Presidents to attend inspector's funerals. That Biden is going, is a strong signal that the White House is taking a serious interest in what's happening. Nice try at making political hay out of this, though.

Police are on high alert after receiving “credible” threats targeting two of their Brooklyn precincts days after the execution-style murders of two NYPD officers, according to the Sergeants Benevolence Association.

In tweets posted Tuesday night by the SBA, they warn of the Black Guerrilla Family, which allegedly threatened to “storm” the 79th and 81st Precincts and “shoot it out” with officers inside.

At least one of the precincts took extra precaution and beefed up their security by adding emergency service units, according to a photo taken inside the 81st Precinct lobby and obtained by PIX11 News.

“Cowardly threats of violence against the brave men and women of our police force will not be tolerated,” Mayor Bill de Blasio said in a statement.

“New York City stands with our police officers in this time of tragedy, as we do every day, and our city will not be intimidated by those spouting hateful, violent messages. We will protect the men and women who protect us.”

SBA told officers to carry their firearms at all times — on duty and off — and to stay in pairs.

On Saturday, officers Rafael Ramos, 40, and Wenjian Liu, 32, were killed by gunman while they were sitting in their patrol cars outside Tompkins Houses in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn.

Justification for a pre-emptive strike by the NYPD if it knows the whereabouts of the Black Guerrilla Family, IMO. Would be a real shame if the skells happened to be terminated with extreme prejudice.

They didn't create any atmosphere and nobody made that man kill those cops. He was crazy simple as that. Glad a representative from the WH is going.

White House feels partially responsible.

They have to. It's their base that's out there protesting violently, making threats, taking over streets beyond defined protest areas, and now this.

Look at the people arrested for attacking cops.
