If they don't indict, they don't indict.Id they do indict and they have a weak case they are just kicking the can down the road, making sure that protests and lynch-mob-minded people will be grabbing headlines for months and in the end we'll be facing possibly bigger disturbances if Wilson is acquitted. If I were a merchant in Ferguson, I would sue the Government for money to move elsewhere, because the protests and near-riots have made my future impossible in the face mishandling of this entire issue. |

I'm sure there are a number of people not of color that have been wronged by the police but I don't see these people rioting and looting because the justice system allegedly failed them. Certainly there will be a civil trial. And there may be a federal indictment although I don't think that's going to happen. But this is far from over. |
