I want travel to space to become easier, and I'm glad these tycoons have been throwing money into research to make space tourism a possibility in my life time. This is a setback. |

Apparently the rocket fuel for this flight was a plasticized stabilizer instead of the usual rubber-based compound. Rubber is more thermally stable than plastics for the task and it sounds like possibly there was an uneven flame front in the propellant. |
