When explaining why the most corrupt WH in American history appointed someone who knows nothing about diseases or the such, instead of explaining so that a) Obamie(whose doing a heck of a job) won't get blamed for anything, or b) to keep Rev. Jackson from further declaring that America is being racist about the disease, or that he'll do you know what, the WH said:

Earnest when on to praise Klain's involvement in the 2009 Stimulus, which he said "exceeded expectations."
