Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts worked as an attorney pro bono for a man convicted of murdering eight people.

Says what? Was there evidence that the man convicted of murdering eight people may not, in fact, have murdered said people? Did he represent that man at trial or on an appeal?

What's your point?

My point was that this guy defended an alleged murderer and was rewarded by being denied a government job, while Roberts defended an alleged murderer and no one cared.
