The problem with Chuy's is lack of seasoning. Rather than season a dish the way it is supposed to be seasoned, very little seasoning is done so no one dislikes the flavor...because there is very little flavor! Watering it down for the masses, if you will. |

Every August some restaurants and many grocery stores set up large roasters out front and fresh roast the chiles.
