The man occupying the White House is the President of the United States and should be addressed as such, regardless of if you agree with his politics or not. Second, what you wrote is nowhere in the article. This poses an interesting wedge issue and I am not sure how it will play out. Something like this could either cement Republican opposition to the President or hopelessly divide their base. By forcing Republicans to either come out in support or opposition to executive order(s) issued by the Presidents, President Obama forces the Republicans into the uneviable position of forever marginalizing themselves in the Latino community, perhaps the fastest growing population of the United States especially in states like Texas, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico |
