There are conflicting decisions from other circuits. This will likely go to ScOTUS. We can count onCongress doing nothing to fix this, at least as far as the House goes. The republicans don't want people to get healthcare..

Indeed, by doing nothing, they are fixing this (allowing a stupid law to implode).

Wrong. They are setting up millions of Americans to be harmed.

Fortunately, more than one court decided opposite of this.

Indeed there is ... those who live in red states where they refused to create their own exchanges are gonna get phucked and die quickly whereas those in civilized states will carry on. Justice indeed.

This is the result of not reading this very poorly crafted bill before the democrats voted for it.

Can he get around that using Executive Orders? Because if he can, the Constitution is meaningless and checks and balances are done.

Doesn't have to ... other judges hit up the decision the other way and it's going to an appeals court and eventually the Supremes in a year or two to settle out. In the meantime, no injunction.

doesn't matter..

It will go to the court of appeals..get overturned..then go to the highest court in the land..where the in the pocket of the republicans party justices will attempt to get rid off it like the almost did with the voting act.
