There are conflicting decisions from other circuits. This will likely go to ScOTUS. We can count onCongress doing nothing to fix this, at least as far as the House goes. The republicans don't want people to get healthcare.. |

Doesn't have to ... other judges hit up the decision the other way and it's going to an appeals court and eventually the Supremes in a year or two to settle out. In the meantime, no injunction. |
