The reason for debate rules is to create an equal and civilized forum for discussing the differences of a topic. Everybody gets equal time to make their case and there's no fighting. The system has worked for hundreds of years in everything from schools to governments so why do we have to change it so somebody can say "fuck the time" when they run out of time to make their debate?Things that work well don't have to be changed.
