He died of a heart attack because, while he had a treatable condition, he had no insurance and was unable get any due to his pre-existing condition. All of those problems were addressed in ACA, which he psychotically (after all, he knew he had a need for healthcare, it's kind of crazy to be against what became to means to get some) refused to support. |
