Well ... at least MMFA talked to a more credible journalistic source, gawker.com ... pretty sad that the "examiner" got scooped there.Reread the article, it's clearly nothing but speculation without a single morsel of fact beyond a procedural filing that happens normally these days because of how the card check rules work. |

As the article points out, VW did the same thing even though it wanted workers to be represented by a union. It may be a way to make sure that workers want to be represented by that particular union. |

It reserves the right to arbitration later. It's how card-sign registration works. No surprise though for the "examiner" to fail to examine things. :) |

Lefties' favorite propaganda website pwn3d by other lefties. They do eat their own, just like the unexempted-from-Zerocare unions were eaten by Demoncrat lies. |

You mean the military that's getting downsized to pre-WWII levels?SEIU only cares for its leadership, not its membership. But from their POV, it's a small price to pay in order to build the USSA. |

That downsizing is a good start. Cancers like you deserve cancer. One good use for some former military "assets" would be to vaporize Cliven Bundy. |

If you file for it. VW did this as well, and they were in FAVOR of unionization. You know how legal stuff works. If you don't follow the expected procedures, you can end up SOL if it has to go in front of a judge down the road. |
