Well ... at least MMFA talked to a more credible journalistic source, gawker.com ... pretty sad that the "examiner" got scooped there.Reread the article, it's clearly nothing but speculation without a single morsel of fact beyond a procedural filing that happens normally these days because of how the card check rules work. |

As the article points out, VW did the same thing even though it wanted workers to be represented by a union.It may be a way to make sure that workers want to be represented by that particular union. |

If you file for it. VW did this as well, and they were in FAVOR of unionization. You know how legal stuff works. If you don't follow the expected procedures, you can end up SOL if it has to go in front of a judge down the road. |
