I have no idea what my doctors' political leanings are so your post is without foundation. I only know how they feel about ACA. I have three doctor friends, two are conservative and one is semi-liberal (liberal on civil rights issues, conservative on monetary and economic issues).

My brother is a surgeon in Philadelphia and he's told me that neither he nor any of the doctors he interacts with every day support ACA.

So what? His specialty means nothing. It's about what's in his heart. Anyone that doesn't support ACA must believe that there are people that don't merit medical care. I don't think I'd want to work with any medical care provider like that.

Olog? Try the 5th century!

The 16th century was the Renaissance, when modern intellectualism blossomed.
