IIRC JayMan once posted that African immigrants to the US have the highest average IQ of all immigrants and are the most successful immigrant group.At least in part, that is because poorer and less educated Africans have a much easier time emigrating to the UK and France than they do in coming to the US. Most European countries still retain quite a bit of colonization guilt and make it fairly easy for people from their former colonies to enter and stay. It is extremely difficult for a poor Nigerian (for example) to even visit the United States -- not to mention become resident. |
