Maybe this belongs under a thread heading of:
Today In Liberal Justice

Seems the guy has been in trouble with the law previously. This is one predictable outcome when you don't make violent felons serve their entire sentence. This guy should not have been walking the streets. Maybe now they will keep him in.

Or, maybe you don't allow violent felons to get their hands on guns in the first place. There are too many guns floating around out there--believe that--and one of them found its way into the hands of this alleged killer. I admit that's not the only issue raised by this shooting--but it is a relevant part of the story here.

Interesting observation, because somebody over here at WWRL was talking about that the other day. Some plastic corporate suits from a major media conglomerate were down at our studio last week, looking at the possibility of acquiring the station. The station manager (read: our school principal...LOL) urged the execfish to pass on their offer, as he KNEW all the talent (myself and Delvon included) would be out the door before the sun went down...

Mickey Mouse, OTOH, sees it differently at Walt's place...but then, ol' Walt is probably spinning in his grave, at high RPMs, over what his company has become...

They think changing the law will automatically make everything better. Booze was banned for over a decade, and we all know how well THAT went. Just cart blank getting rid of them is not going help, you need to fix the people; figure out why he does what he does and then stop people from getting that way in the first place.

Example, Charles Whitman, the man who took pot shots from a tower at Texas university at Austin in 1966, was discovered to have a tumor in his brain, that was pressing against the judgement areas of his brain, causing them to malfunction.

Him having a gun wasn't them problem... He was actually physically sick!

Internet sales are perfectly legal. They don't require background checks, or even the real identity of the buyer. Use a throwaway phone to contact buyer/seller and nobody will ever know who bought what from whom. ALL PERFECTLY LEGAL.

Why. What is your definition of being pwned? Is it like when you make shit up about BMW leaving South Carolina and proof gets posted that they are not. Is that being Pwned?
Or maybe when a person claims that the word "conscription" is in the constitution, but then cannot find it. Is that being pwned?
Lets talk about that sort of pwned first, shall we?
