Nobody else is really interested but I'll let you know every now and then. For some reason I was not needed today but if I am called out tomorrow I will refuse to show up because I have been working every Saturday so far during the college football season which is unacceptable and unconscionable - I'll use up my sick bank if necessary whatever it takes. If I am the last available Reserve and the passengers are stranded so be it - I feel for them but some things are sancrosanct or whatever that word is. Nonetheless, I used ACARS every Saturday to demand the Dispatcher uplink the scores which he did unlike that stewardess who flat out told me she was not going to make me coffee after I told her to quote brew a pot unquote even though she knew it was a safety issue. I will be extra vigilant which means alert from this point forward if Mennonite stewardesses are assigned as part of the crew. |
