There's a big difference between blaming the filmaker for the killings and just calling them irresponsible. That difference doesn't seem to be understood here. The filmakers have every right to express themselves and with all free expression, have consequences to face. In this case, we call them irresponsible assholes who make Americans look stupid. That doesn't constitute blaming them for the killings. Why would it?
