You're confusing the two attacks. The American embassy in Cairo was attacked, but an American consulate was attacked in Libya. The report is that the Marines guarding the embassy in Tripoli were not allowed to carry live ammo.You're not alone. Virtually every news organization has made this mistake the past 2 days. |
