When you bait a bear the person who does the baiting is fully to blame because bears don't have advanced brains.When you bait violent humans most of the blame rests with the humans who engage in the violence. But the ones who knowingly do the baiting have a piece of the responsibility. The Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman got it right when referring to the creator of the film. "He's a complete loose cannon, and an unspeakable idiot." |
