I agree, and don't know what the solution is to this particular event and subsequent crimes. As has been pointed out, other parades don't suffer from this kind of violence and the only solution that's fair to all is to cancel the parade. Additional police could possibly deter violence but how many additional and who pays for that kind of expense simply because some people can't obey the law?your pal, Fred |
