That's true, other parades just feature drunks. Maybe the West Indian parade needs training wheels, where they have a closely supervised parade followed by a curfew. If after a few years they show they can act like grownups then they can have a grownup festival. By contrast the Brazilians had a big fest in Manhattan on Sunday and you don't hear of them getting out of line.your pal, Fred |
