Church Ave is literally shut down from Flatbush Ave to Remsen Ave on Sunday night for J'Ouvert celebrations. When I was a conductor on the 2 line, my last trip to Flatbush, my train was packed like rush hour. The train literally emptied out at Church Ave...... |
