Well, I happen to be in the Walmart in Green Acres 2 weeks ago after 11 PM. It was still crowded at that hour. Of course there were no small businesses open at that hour to serve those that needed to shop then. At 11 PM diapers are diapers. Price and service trump marginal quality differences when you need them.
