In populated areas, they have better security than most, and in less populated areas the owner pretty much knows the clientele, as well as who the kids are and will keep them away. The staff is also trained to request proof of age, especially unknown people."Dispensaries" may fit better into the medical meme. I thought we were discussing clear legalization along the lines of existing alcohol regulation. |
