To think that at this point he still has to work on his base? Yes, I know he decided before his failed European thing. That makes it even clearer that the decision was based on the party's fright over low republican turnout in November.There are people saying this could cost them the House as well. Now that Ryan is on the ticket, the whole of his budget is going to be discussed in greta detail and brought forward loudly to all of America. Since every republican incumbent voted for it at least once, each owns it and will have to explain themselves. |
