You are saying Obama ensures a space program if he's behind the helm or not, yet Bush can't ensure his program if he's behind the helm or not.Regardless, I fail to see how anything based on the whim of a budget, like how Obama cuts NASA in every proposal is EVER ensured is my point. I think every city has been 'ensured' a new train for the past 30 years for example. |
