Mitt Romney has no credible path towards an electoral majority.

He might pull off OH if he taps Portman but lose everywhere else.
He may pull off FL if he taps Rubio but lose everywhere else.

Those two are the safest picks though Rubio would be interested only if the possibility of victory is real.
