Im waiting for the kid to let me know which trailer park he lives in so when im down there in March i can laugh in his sorry face. In front of his parents..

Here's a good routine.

25 body weight squats 4 sets
3 sets 12 reps military press with dumbbell.
3 sets 12 reps dumbbell rows

I don't think he lives in a trailer park. He lives in a section of Florida that's all people from up north. THIW.
