You don't think his words, "You want to be near little boys", is libelous?

Not when it comes from a member of the Jacket Club.

His statement is along the lines of those of some guy in a padded cell proclaiming that he is really Queen Victoria.

There is no need for a follow-up investigation in such a case.
Only laughter.
