I am hearing-impaired since birth, making me 4-F.Not only are you in the militia, but as a trained nurse,you'd be subject to the federal Special Skills Draft (which also applies to women). Anyway, you are already in the NYS Militia (and have been since 18) unless you have an official document from the State that says otherwise (which you don't). |
