Obama never publicly said he was "against" gay marriage. During the 2008 campaign, he said his position on the issue was "evolving". He never actively advocated or supported anti-gay laws or organizations, nor did he fund anti-gay groups, as Dan Cathy has admitted to doing, to the tune onf seven figures. |
