The Executive Director of IGLHRC and Rachel Maddow both cited Warren by name. The Maddow piece is called Uganda Be Kidding Me!, and the IGLHRC remarks were made in public, during a rally in front of the United Nations. I posted both videos here.

Were Maddow and IGLHRC also being "libelous"?
